4. The “Echo & Devices” menu displays a list of all your Amazon Echo devices. Tapwhichever one you want to reset.
5.Now scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tapSw in ”Factory Reset”. This displays a pop-up of confirmation.
6.Tap ”Factory Reset” again.

How to Reset Alexa by buttons on the Echo speaker
Resetting an Amazon Echo varies depending on the type of device it is – and that’s even true for the different generations of the same model. So here I am going to show you how to reset Alexa in different generations of the same model.
First-generation Echo device: To reset your first-generation Echo device, use a fastener (or something similar) to press and hold the push button. await the sunshine ring to show off and on again.
Second-generation or third-generation Echo device: To reset your second generation or third generation Echo device, press and hold the Microphone Off and Volume down buttons at an equivalent time. Wait until the sunshine ring turns orange, which should take around 20 seconds.

1.Swipe down from the top of the screen. This will display the menu bar at the top of the screen.

3.Scroll down for about half of the menu and tap ”Device Options”
4.Again Scroll down and tap ”Reset to Factory Defaults”.It will be located near the bottom of the Device Options menu. This step displays a confirmation pop-up.
5. Finally tap Reset to confirm your Factory Reser progress.
