Step-1: To open Network & Internet setting navigate via Start menu icon>Settings icon>Network & Internet or you can search for Network & Internet Setting.

Step-3: Select “Turnon Network discovery” and then click on the “Save Changes” button. If Network Discovery is already on you can ignore this step.
Step-4: Now close the Setting window and open File Explorer. To open File Explorer click on the Start menu icon and then the File Explorer icon from the bottom left.
Step-5: From the left sidebar of the File Explorer window click on This PC. In the sub-header, select the computer tab and then click the Map Network Drive icon.
Step-6: After clicking the Map network drive icon an extra window will appear on your screen. From there Specify the drive letter for the connection.
Step-7: Click on the Browse button to select the folder that you want to connect to. Now select your folder and then click on the OK button. Fill in the username and password o map the shared folder if prompted.
Step-8: Don’t forget to check the “Reconnect at sign-in” checkbox and then click on the finish button.
