  1. The first method is clearing the cache. by cleaning the cache you can delete those files, that force your device into safe mode. For cleaning the cache jus follow those methods:
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Tap on Apps & notifications, then tap See all apps.
    • Tap the offending app.
    • Tap on Storage then taps Clear cache.
  2. The Second method is deleting app data, this method will erase all application data, like session data, user information, and any saved data. so let get started :
    • Open the Settings app.
    • Tap on Apps & notifications, then tap See all apps.
    • Tap the offending app.
    • Tap on Storage then taps Clear storage.
  3. The final Method is uninstalling third-party apps. If cleaning the cache and app data didn’t do the trick, then uninstall the app:

Turn off safe mode by Factory Reset

The turning of safe mode by Factory Reset is the last and most deprecated method. If the aftermentioned method is worked, I do not recommend this method anymore. This method will delete all of your internal data, so make sure you have tried everything else before resorting to this step.
